I didn’t see where to put delivery date but maybe somebody would have called to verify to a funeral home and such an expensive purchase. The flowers were not delivered Wednesday when the viewing was. They were delivered Thursday the day of funeral. I will take my responsibility inbyjos but when saw no delivery instructions because I didn’t notice it and said where to send and then I didn’t see anything else, I would have thought somebody would have called me or called funeral home to question when viewing was. Very very disappointed and would never use this florist again.
