Esther was amazing and extremely helpful. My daughter called me last minute and asked me to pick her up a boutiner for prom and I very quickly learned that this was not really a last minute request. I called multiple places before calling Esther and she informed me that her company doesn't generally make them but offered to make me one right away have have it ready in 30 minutes. My daughter ended up going a different route but the fact that Esther was willing to create a complete special order for me that they dont normally do, reminded me that some people still really understand the importance of good customer service.
