Wow!!! What a FANTASTIC and WONDERFUL floral shop AND MORE!!! Another florist I had a special order in for my husband's retirement called me the day the delivery was supposed to arrive and said that they would be unable to fulfill my order due to covid. I called Encore and they put together my order by going all over town to find what I required and even made a CUSTOM DESIGN ITEM AT THE LAST MINUTE!! Talk about exceptional customer service and quality and care. I will be giving them all of my business in the future for not just floral items but CUSTOM orders and wine and gift orders. You really do need to check out this wonder establishment run by Jeff Hardwick and his kind and compassionate staff, you will not be disappointed!

Got with Jeff to create a special floral/gift delivery for friends who just had their first child. His floral choices, balloons and gift additions were PERFECT! I have always loved shopping at Encore in person but the delivery produced tears to the recipients and the arrangement of gifts & flowers were absolutely breathe taking!
