What a disappointing experience. Not only did this florist not deliver my flowers on the scheduled date(and it required me to call them to find out why. I was told a computer glitch) but they also told me on the rescheduled date-2 days late-that a funeral delivery took priority over my delayed delivery. So my delivery would be made very late in the afternoon. Really? And to add to my annoyance, the product that was finally delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. I will never use this florist again.
