This is my second time using vestals florist the very first time was a great experience this time wasn't so great I ordered a dozen pink roses and they were brown instead of pink they were dying when my wife called up there a gentleman answered and stated that he was the one that delivered the flowers and they weren't like that when he delivered then remind you it had only been a hour since he had delivered it but he got nasty cut her off by saying bye then hung up the phone that was very unprofessional.
