Dear valued clients and friends, Given the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, Your Shop wants to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging of food, flowers or fresh products like fresh flowers, but we will remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority. We are taking extra precautions to sanitize door handles, common spaces and other items we regularly touch. We will be continuing deliveries to all local areas - EXCEPT hospitals, nursing homes and care centers - these deliveries are currently PROHIBITED by local and state health departments. As an added precaution, we are offering NO CONTACT delivery for those concerned. For this option, our delivery team will contact recipients in advance to arrange delivery. Drivers will ring the doorbell or knock. He will then set the flowers down and create a 6-8 foot distance and wait for the recipient to come to the door. We understand that this is a time of uncertainty, and our thoughts are with all of those who have been impacted.
