I was pleased at the flower selections that was offered on the website and was delighted that they were located so close to my sons house for future orders (also stated free delivery with in 5 miles, they are 1.5 miles away, but was still charged delivery fee) the flowers that were delivered were nothing like the ones I ordered and I paid to upgrade for a little bigger arrangement. I was not pleased at all!!

I was extremely disappointed when I received a picture of the “arrangement” my best friend sent me of the flowers I sent her for her birthday. The flowers at Publix were so much prettier and a quarter of the price!!!! I emailed the florist and received no response!
