I sent my friend a plant because her mom passes away. The one I picked online was not available because it wasn't in season. The lady from the shop called me to work this out, we concluded that she would go to her "plant guy" on Monday to see what she could find. She ended up finding the exact plant I was hoping for which was PERFECT, my friend's mom's favorite color was red and the plant had red tops. I was so impressed with their willingness to work with me and get my dear friend the right kind of plant to help her remember her mom. Thanks, Flowers by Frances!
