UPDATED SCROLL TO BOTTOM Nice bouquet, but should be for over $100.!! But somewhere it must have been laid on its side. Hardly any water in the vase, more water in box than in vase. You can see exposed stems without any water. Must have been on its side for awhile as wrapping was full of water as well as tissue soaked. Flowers even have a slight lean from being on their side. I’m sorry I tipped driver.This rating is probably more because of the delivery person. UPDATE: Was contacted by driver service and given an apology. Was contacted by Avenida and refunded my original payment and are sending a replacement. That’s what I call excellent customer service. My original 1 star rating as I said was really for delivery driver and his service. I have updated my rating to reflect the complete experience with Avenida Florist. If the original bouquet had been delivered in the same condition as it was when it left the store I wouldn’t be writing this. Thank you again Avenida.

Ordering the flowers online was easy, and the delivery was prompt with no issues at all. One could track the delivery progress right to the door.
